Tied for second finest certified and just half a grade point from being tied for finest. A fabulous example of this ever popular type and though not the finest graded it is hard to imagine a nicer example out there. Sharply struck and fully lustrous with flashy fields that exhibit proof-like qualities and sharply struck frosted devices showing the most minute of details with hints of orange tone hugging the devices.
