1794 Liberty Cap Cent. S-60. Rarity-3+. Head of 1794. EF-45 BN (NGC). A well-defined choice EF cent with a bold, even strike across both sides. Steel brown surfaces with subtle tan undertones. Nicks under the chin and on the rim above Y, only minor marks otherwise. Fairly late die state, Breen IV, with several sets of intricate clash marks, here nicely displayed thanks to the high level of preservation. A commendable example of the type, date, and variety.
