1866-S Liberty Seated Half Dollar. No Motto. WB-101, Die Pair WB-1. Rarity-4. Late Die State. Fine-12 (PCGS). Evenly circulated rose-gray with deeper highlights in the protected areas. From a mintage for the date of 60,000 pieces; later in the year the motto IN GOD WE TRUST was added and nearly one million examples of the new type were struck.
