- What a great, classic, old time look! An impressive, near GEM proof example with deep watery mirrors that shine through rich blue and teal patina. Sharply struck throughout and the eye appeal is quite smart. Only 725 proofs were struck. PCGS 86, NGC 59, CAC 12. This is the ONLY PR64+ graded at PCGS.
