Struck exceptionally well, this piece has fields that display a mirror like appearance, giving an almost cameo nature to the strike. A bit of die rust is evident on the portrait of Sigismund III, and some scuffing is noted in the fields. These limited drawbacks are scarcely worth mentioning with the overall beauty and eye appeal of this piece making it likely to draw much fanfare. Estimate: $7,000 - $10,000.
