What a fantastic GEM! Sharply struck and beautifully toned, this PQ coin has a great look! SUPERB luster glows from under rich teal, gold, and rose patina. Clearly this coin sat in an old collection unmolested where it was able to acquire the lovely toning. A strong glass reveals a tiny tick or two, but nothing singularly distracting or problematic to the eye appeal. PCGS 12, NGC 5. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $8,250 and the most recent PCGS graded example to sell was CAC, realizing $5,760 in November 2017.
