1886 Liberty Quarter Eagle. MS-62 (NGC). Satiny and smooth, this lightly abraded BU is also possessed of pleasing color in a blend of copper-rose and autumn-orange shades. With a sharp strike and no individually mentionable abrasions further enhancing the coin's appeal. Original mintage: just 4,000 business strikes, survivors of which seldom grade finer than MS-61.
