- This is another VERY FRESH to the market and lovely Barber Seated Liberty half dime pattern. It is the ONLY one graded in the RED category. Struck in copper with a plain edge, the Judd 818 is considered Rarity-7- with fewer than a dozen known. Blazing red mirrors have just a hint of mellowing and splashes of light lilac overtones. The eye appeal is wonderful. Ex. Superior's Albert O. Woods Collection sale, September 1986, lot 3326. Lot tag included. PCGS 1, NGC 0. The Simpson coin was PCGS PR66 RB CAC that sold for $3,360 in February 2021, and that is the most recent example of this Judd number to sell in auction. Unpriced in this grade in the PCGS Price Guide, but in PR64 RB it is listed at $3,500. We anticipate this fresh near-GEM to bring a strong bid. Cert. Number 21870959 PCGS # 81062
