Struck in copper with reeded edge using two reverse dies. EXTREMELY RARE. Proposed design for a Tael series based on the gold standard. Sharply struck with the design features in high relief and light signs of handling. Lovely smooth mahogany patina throughout. An attractive example sure to excite the specialist.
