- MEXICO. 8 Escudos, 1853-GoPF. NGC MS-61. Fr-72; KM-383.7. Very pleasing representative of the type showing only a few bag marks as disturbances to the creamy lustrous yellow gold surfaces. Weak center strike as often encountered and otherwise quite a bold strike from aging dies. The finest certified example of this date and certainly much more appealing than others normally offered.
