- Stunning cameo example from a mintage of 865 coins. Untoned save for a light tough of palest gold along the rims, the mirrors are deep and the contrast is sharp. The 1873-78 Trade dollar proofs are much scarcer than the 1880-83 (proof only) issues and are much harder to find.
