- This dramatically and deeply toned 81-S is fully Prooflike on both sides, the reflective brilliance highlights the obverse toning beautifully! Deep aubergine and hunter-green are flanked by coppery-gold, magenta, emerald, brilliant gold and pastel blue iridescent toning. As you rotate the colorful obverse in a light, hints of canvas textile pattern from bag storage can be seen, giving this coin a great look. We rate the color an 8.5 on our 10-point color scale. The sharply defined devices are frosty and the eye appeal has a great look. PCGS 545, NGC 522.
