This is a wonderful and totally original MS67 graded Huguenot half. A band of rainbow iridescent toning caresses the left and lower obverse periphery, framing untoned and lustrous silver central area. The reverse is framed by a coppery-gold and a pale dusting of olive-gold in the centers. The brilliance is wonderful and sharply struck devices add to the bold visual appeal of this SUPERB GEM. We are uncertain why this coin did not pass muster at CAC, but we certainly do approve! PCGS 76, NGC 60. While the PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,300 we expect this one will exceed that when the hammer falls. Good luck. Cert. Number 45373101 PCGS # 9314
