- CHINA. Fukien. 5 Cash, ND (1901-03). PCGS AU-55 Secure Holder. cf. Y-99a; CCC-22; Duan-214; CL-FK.36. VERY RARE. Struck in brass. Two obverses muled together, one short-tailed dragon and one long-tailed dragon. Far superior to the one we sold last year (Hong Kong, August 2017, lot 60224), which was quite circulated. Well struck with good definition of the details and attractive patina. Sure to excite even the most advance of collectors. Estimate: $3,000 - $4,000. Provenance: From the Q. David Bowers Collection.
