- MUSCAT AND OMAN. 15 Saidi Rials, AH 1381 (1961). PCGS MS-66 Gold Shield. Fr-1; KM-35. An exceptional survivor from this mintage of 2,000 pieces, with only one coin certified finer by PCGS. Uniform satiny luster blankets the surfaces and complements the golden-wheat coloration across each side.
