- SWITZERLAND. Gymnastics Festival in Schaffhausen Silver Medal, 1897. PCGS SPECIMEN-63 Gold Shield. By R. Amsler & S. Johnson. Obverse: Male gymnast standing left, holding wreath and Swiss banner; veduta of Schaffhausen in background; Reverse: Two coats-of-arms set upon larger shield; trees and branches in background. Quite pleasantly toned, this steely gray, choice example exhibits a good deal of lustrous brilliance, though a few scattered hairlines are noted. Estimate: $75 - $150.
