详细说明: 1892-O Liberty Eagle. MS-63 (PCGS). Tied for finest certified by PCGS. Frosty deep yellow gold with a satiny matte-like appearance and warm olive toning. Boldly struck for the date. From a mintage of 28,688 pieces, the vast majority of which saw heavy use in commerce. The typical survivor from that mintage is VF, EF, and AU, though surprisingly, a number of Mint State coins are known, most of those at lesser grades than MS-63. At MS-63 -- see below -- the date is recognized as a true condition rarity. As for finer examples of the date, unless they are uncertified and hidden away in secretive collections, they don't exist! You know the story of the PCGS specimens; we note here that NGC has not certified an example of the date finer than MS-62. Whether a New Orleans Mint collection or a serious Registry Set is your favorite mode of collecting, you will need the present coin to be on top of your game.
