For a 1901 it is way above average for sure! Amazing mirrors beam boldly from all over. They also have exceptional clarity, cleanliness, and of course offer an intense reflection. If you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a slight "liquid mercury/watery" look. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have pinpoint sharp strikes. The eye appeal is totally fantastic! ONLY 813 were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 16, CAC 11. The last auction record was for $4,560 in April 2019. Prior to that a PCGS?CAC piece sold for $5,040 in August /2018. The current Collectors Universe Value is $5,750. We can not say enough how scarce ANY post 1900 PR Cameo is in true GEM. Think about this fact: PCGS has only graded 10 coins over its 30+ years of existence. That is ridiculously low.
