Indeed, it is tied for second highest behind the Specimen Eliasberg coin (graded PCGS MS66). WOW is this GEM high end and totally original! Swirling, brilliant cartwheel luster brings out the blues, golds and olive tones when rotated in a light. The brilliance offers a hint of semi-reflective flash.
