Obverse: Emperor Franz II facing right; Reverse: City-view depiction of Regensburg. A virtually brilliant near-Gem of the type with intricate details appearing through both Franz II's bust as well as the all-important city-view design and astounding mirror-like reflectivity in the surrounding fields that helps to propel the appearance to stratospheric levels. Presently the only example to receive this seldom-awarded "Deep Prooflike" designation, with the added attribute of being unsurpassed in technical quality in both the NGC and PCGS population reports.
