- Ottoman Collection. McCloskey 3-B, late die-state. Die cracks descend from Liberty's eye and the "Y" in LIBERTY, the latter making it all the way to the rim beneath the final star. Strangely nice in appearance, this example retains some definite prooflike flash next to some of the protected devices, and most certainly between the stripes of the shield. Canary-yellow color shows consistent, even hue from edge to edge on both sides.
