- GREAT BRITAIN. Penny, ND (ca. 1185-89). Winchester Mint; Adam, moneyer. Henry II. PCGS MS-62. S-1345; N-964. Obverse: Crowned bust facing, holding scepter; Reverse: Voided short cross, with quatrefoils in angles. The best example certified by PCGS, this specimen has strong original mint bloom and beautiful brilliant toning remaining in copious amounts. The strike is a bit doubled, but still rather bold.
