- Blast White "Flying Dragon" Dollar of the Hung-hsien Emperor CHINA. Dollar, ND (1916). Tientsin Mint. Hung-hsien (Hongxian [Yuan Shih-kai]). NGC MS-61. L&M-942; K-663; KM-Y-332; WS-0097. Variety with reeded edge and no signature. Exuding a tremendous frosty nature, this dazzling Mint State issue stands as a classic within the pantheon of 20th century crowns, and features a needle sharp design with robust brilliance. For completeness, some surface irregularities are noted in the upper and lower portions of the reverse, mingling somewhat with the characters.
