This is an incredible borderline SUPERB GEM, and its quality is absolutely breathtaking! This is the SINGLE FINEST graded by PCGS, and is arguably the FINEST KNOWN 74-S Arrows Dime. This is a rare date in Mint State with perhaps 50 known in Mint State grades, and only five are estimated in GEM or better grades. Wonderful, satiny mint brilliance gleams in the fields, highlighting the sharply struck, frosty devices. A delicate dusting of iridescent patina, showing varied shades of lilac, gold, pewter, and pale blue that come to life in a light. Essentially flawless, this is a magnificent GEM that is FINER than the Eliasberg coin. PCGS 1, NGC 0.
