- A richly toned, beautiful GEM in an outstanding state of preservation and tied for FINEST graded in the designation. Wonderful blue and gold tone bathe the surfaces of this watery reflective Seated quarter. The deep toning does not obscure the clarity and reflection of the mirrors. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 11, NGC 10. Only 600 Proofs were struck. We sold one for $4,840 in January 2018.
