详细说明: The Sesquicentennial half dollar is among the poorest struck, lack luster types in the Classic Commemorative series. Rarely do they appear in higher grades and in MS66, this type is extremely elusive, and EXCESSIVELY RARE any finer. The present GEM MS66 is a happy exception to the typical example. A bold satiny luster glows warmly in the fields. The surfaces are remarkably clean, free of all but the most microscopic ticks visible only with the aid of a strong glass. The devices are very sharp, with crisply defined details on both sides. A delicate iridescent pastel toning can be seen gently dusted across the surfaces attesting to the originality and high end eye appeal of the present offering. What a great opportunity for the advanced collector of these popular Classic Commemoratives. PCGS 18, NGC 32. There is a wide spread between PCGS and NGC graded coins, but we think this one will certainly sell in the spread for sure. The most recent NGC MS66 sold for $6,300 in February 2022 and a PCGS MS66 sold for $19,200 in January 2022. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $19,000.
