- "1776" (1961) Continental Dollar Restrike. White Metal. HK-854. Rarity-7. MS-65 (NGC). One of the finer examples to be certified from this scarce issue. The fields are reflective and wholly prooflike although this is not designated on the insert as such. Bright silver with a touch of light gold, and the surfaces are pleasing. A trio of small edge defects are noted on the right side of the obverse, these probably in the planchet prior to striking. Provenance: Ex: Jankovsky Collection.
