R-7+ 4-6 Minted. Stuck in copper with a plain edge. What an interesting coin. We think it has been professionally conserved (at one point some of the darker copper and corroded aluminum coins were). The mirrors are mild yet do offer some reflection. Deeper colors of copper/navy/purple/blue swirl all over. Every detail is needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal actually is pretty neat looking! PCGS 1, NGC 0. Here is an interesting note: the last one to sell via auction was a PR63 which brought $4,255 way back in 2004. NO PR64 RB has ever been in auction. This obviously is the finest graded for J-864. Mr. Simpson paid $5,500 for it from the giant collection he bought in 2008. This is an extremely rare pattern issue! PCGS # 71108 Cert.
