WOW! What a stunning looking SUPERB GEM that is tied for the FINEST graded at PCGS. Stunning bands of electric-blue, rich purple, and golden tones are bathed on both sides. Flashy, highly reflective mirrors beam all over with a bold, watery texture that offers seductive clarity. Sharply struck on both sides, the devices are boldly defined. The eye appeal is exceptional, as you would expect for the FINEST of known specimens! There were 1039 Proofs struck. PCGS 13, NGC 14, CAC 9. There are 2 in PR67+ and NONE finer at PCGS. The other one is being offered on the market for $9,750 and the color is clearly not as vibrant as the one on this one. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $6,000 and This one has sold for as much as $8,050 (back in 2010 when it was not a "+").
