- Mintage: 17,000. The MS-60 grade takes on near-heroic dimensions within today's slab-happy numismatic environment, as the grading services hardly ever see value in using it. But that basal level more than adequately describes this obviously-uncirculated by well abraded New Orleans issue. The luster is so flashy that it creates some cameo effect, even though the portrait displays only normal texture. Really heavily abraded, but an exceptionally well struck example of this low mintage issue.
