Only 3000 were ever minted. Not a date or grade you see offered even in major auctions. This coin is HIGH END and is fabulous! In case you do not know, Legend Numismatics has built the FINEST EVER MS 3CS set-the Simpson Collection. We know our 3CS in MS+PR! This piece is an unquestionable MS. The surfaces are smooth, have prooflike tendencies, and do emit a strong luster. There are NO noticeable problems anywhere. A beautiful mix of colors form a ring of pearl green/gold/pale blue that opens into lighter lavender centers. This coin is NOT dull or drab. Every detail is sharply struck and has generous frost. The eye appeal is very nice! PCGS 8, NGC 5, CAC 4. The two PCGS MS67's are locked away in major collections. The last MS66 to appear in a major auction auction sold for only $7,806 in June 2018. But in 2017 a nicer piece sold for $12,925 which was NOT CAC. We can't stress how great of an opportunity these better MS 3CS pieces offer. Keep in mind, these coins seldom appear. Cert.
