One of the FINEST O-116s that exist. Housed in an OGH, this remarkable GEM survivor has a wonderful eye appeal. The devices on both obverse and reverse are razor sharp in crispness and definition and stand out against the satiny fields. Richly toned, with blues blending with pewter and gold patina. Even under close inspection with a powerful glass we can only find a single minute line or two. An excellent coin for any wonderful type or date set! PCGS 21, NGC 32, CAC 6. This is the ONLY PCGS/CAC coin to ever sell in auction, realizing $9,988 in a weak auction (2016 FUN). The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $9,000.
