- Bicameral Collection. While very well detailed, interestingly, this proof appears to have been struck from rusted and repolished dies, as can be inferred by the coarser texture seen within upper elevations of the design elements. Mirrors are a bit clouded by iron-grey patina, yet there is no mistaking the brilliant flash of silvery brightness between patches of tone. The obverse toning is somewhat complicated, having been layered on in the pattern of a fingerprint, while the reverse is a bit more placid in appearance.
