- On Target Collection. Slightly dull for the grade, evidence of yellowish patina rests on the surface and may inhibit vibrancy by just a hair, but there is no denying the presence of extensive luster. Flowline texture thins just a bit at the center of the fields due to finger friction. Small nicks on the eagle's breast and some delicate sliding abrasions overall definitely bear witness to brief circulation.
