This is a very high end, ultra fresh and totally ORIGINAL Premium GEM $10 Indian. This beautiful MS66 was freshly graded, submitted by our consignor "raw" from an old time holding and is tied for second highest graded at PCGS. We are honored to have been selected to sell it. The presently offered GEM has a bold, thickly frosty mint brilliance that shows off the wonderful medium gold coloration. The surfaces are very nice, superior to so many we see. A close inspection with a powerful glass reveals a few trivial marks, but none of these are in the focal areas and are easily overlooked in light of the SUPERB eye appeal. It should be noted that this date is EXTREMELY RARE any finer. PCGS 37, NGC 51. The most recent example sold in April 2022 for $9,600 and this example lacks the spots that that coin did. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $17,500 and we would not be surprised if this coin brought close to that amount. Bound for a wonderful set of $10 Indians. Good luck. Cert.
