- MEXICO. Aguascalientes. 20 Centavos in Silver, 1915. NGC Unc Details--Environmental Damage. cf.KM-606; cf.GB-29. From the forces of Francisco Pancho Villa. VERY RAREin silver. In debased silver, like those listed but with reeded edge, and not with the obverse die shown for the type in GB or Gaytan. This piece appears to be cast where other known examples were struck. Well detailed with a large corrosion spot on obverse where bare crystallized metal shows through, some red colored encrustation. Lightly toned and very interesting. Despite its shortcomings a charming piece sure to excite even the most advance of collectors. Estimate: $700 - $900.
