- Mintage: 800. 21 graded PR-65, 14 higher at NGC. The 3-cent series lacks respect to such an extent that examples with very low mintages (and far lower populations on certified ledgers) are almost laughably inexpensive compared to similar emissions within popular series. In addition, well preserved examples such as this can be quite attractive under a loupe, as glassy surfaces exude deeply saturated nuances of wintergreen ruby-gold, Pacific blue and cobalt-orange.
