- FRANCE. Marriage of Stephanie de Beauharnai Bronze Medal, 1806. Paris Mint. PCGS SPECIMEN-63 Gold Shield. Br-522. By Andrieu and Denon. Obverse: Laureate head of Napoleon right; Reverse: Stephanie and Karl von Baden standing facing one another and clasping hands; radiant N above. Pleasing chestnut brown surfaces, with great underlying luster. Stephanie was the step-niece to Napoleon after the latter's marriage to Josephine de Beauharnais in 1796.
