FROM THE WOLVERINE COLLECTION. Tied for FINEST in the RD category. This is an ultra reflective GEM with fully red surfaces that beam from all over. The mirrors are deep and very flashy with radiant brilliance. Delicate iridescence dusts over the wonderful GEM red surfaces. Every detail is deeply embossed and fully defined. The eye appeal is exceptional. Only 725 Proofs were struck. PCGS 4, NGC 3. The most recent two APRs are for the same coin, which brought $3,713 and $3,995, but this coin last sold in February 2012 for $6,900. The current PCGS value is listed at $5,000.
