A warm, frosty lustrous O-107 housed in an old green tag holder. This is a very neat coin to look at as the dies came together multiple times before a planchet was fed into the press, resulting in multiple, dramatic clash marks. Pearly silver surface gleam with just a hint of soft iridescent gold that can be detected in a light. The devices show crisp definition and both sides are free from any distracting marks of any kind. The eye appeal is excellent for the MS62 grade. PCGS 52, NGC 27, CAC 5. Prior to this coin selling in November 2021, an O-103 from the Hamilton Collection (August 2016) was the last PCGS MS62 CAC to sell in auction, which realized $4,935. The current Collectors Universe value is $4,400 and it would not be a shock if that level was exceeded when the hammer falls. Good luck. Cert. Number 9964521 PCGS # 6105
