(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. 5 Mace (Miscals), AH 1325 (1907). Tihwa Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS AU-55. L&M-805; K-1227; KM-Y-35a; WS-1285. Displaying quite well, and with a state of preservation far surpassing most examples from Sinkiang, this stunner provides very little evidence of actual handling along with some original mint shine. Slightly softly struck near the peripheries, but this is a small drawback with this specimen far surpassing almost every other example of this type from Sinkiang. Estimate: $1,250 - $1,750.
