- The O-114 is a very scarce to Rare die pairing, listed in the AMBPR and 5th Edition of Overton as a Rarity-5. The Large Letters variety was added to the Red Book not long ago, which has increased demand for this already very challenging issue. Within the low end or just below the Condition Census, this is a very pleasing CHOICE AU, extremely challenging to find as such. Gentle, very light wear was acquired during a very brief time in circulation, obtaining no contact marks or lines worthy of mention. Generally well defined for a later obverse die state (second use of this die, with its stars drawn to the edge). Pewter-slate, dove-battleship patina graces both sides, attesting to the originality.
