- Superb Gem 1995, 500 Yuan Bimetallic Panda CHINA. 500 Yuan, 1995. Panda Series. PCGS PROOF-69 DEEP CAMEO Secure Holder. Fr-B50; KM-728; PAN-241a. Bimetallic issue. The obverse depicts two pandas sitting next to a stream with the denomination above and bamboo and mountains in the background. The only other issue from this year that shares this same design is the 50 Yuan 5 ounce silver which has a significantly larger mintage. With certificate of authenticity numbered 36. From a minuscule mintage of 199 pieces. A massive piece which is not often seen at auction, sure to find a place of pride in the next collection it enters. Estimate: $35,000 - $50,000.
