A very attractive GEM with a bold SUPERB luster and is tied for FINEST graded at PCGS. Shimmering satiny mint bloom glows with a strong vibrance on both sides. Ultra clean surfaces show off a pristine state of preservation and fully struck up devices. A delicate dusting of color toward the periphery on the left side of the obverse. An exacting blow from the dies rendered full, complete details on both obverse and reverse. The eye appeal is quite nice and the quality high end. PCGS 15, NGC 16.
