Refreshing to the eye for any issue within the Indian eagle is the appearance of unabraded surfaces, such that this coin shows no obvious blemishes at all on either side. Smooth, buttercup golden hue predominates. Classic to this particular date, a curious defect in both dies creates a circumferentially raised area through all peripheral devices.
