FROM THE STAR CITY CAC MORGAN COLLECTION. In our opionion this GEM is undergraded. We do not guarantee anything here, but we would not blink if this coin was in a 66 holder. Bold vibrant luster beams all over with strong rolling cartwheels. Sharply struck in the devices, this 01-O's eye appeal is further enhanced by a touch of gentle toning. PCGS 3282, NGC 5552, CAC 183.
