Beams of frosted mint luster and rich tawny orange-gold hues. Desirable with this precision strike and unusual for 1849-C. The stars are complete, as is the hair curl detail on Liberty. Even Liberty's coronet inscribed LIBERTY shows the 13 tiny pearls or beads along its border.
