1915 Barber Dime. Proof-64 Cameo (PCGS). Flashing reflectivity surrounds frosty white devices and legends on this contrasty cameo specimen, the golden toned fields turning into a black pool when the coin is held at a certain angle of light. Though many numismatists do not realize it, the 1915 silver and gold coinage are some of the scarcest in any grade, as low demand for Proof coinage in that year resulted in low mintages across the board. <br />
