FROM THE SYMPHONY COLLECTION. An ultra PREMIUM quality GEM example of this very SCARCE Proof three cent silver! The fields show off a bold and deep reflection which stand in stark contrast to the sharply struck devices. The fields are watery and smooth, devoid of any distracting lines or marks. Both sides display a wonderful melange of teal, icy blue, pewter-slate, and olive-gold accents. The eye appeal is exceptional in every way! Only 625 Proofs were struck. PCGS 30, NGC 26, CAC 16.
