- SUPER HIGH END! We can't tell you how many times we sent this coin seeking a "+". Maybe we are blind, but we can't figure out what PCGS sees (we make no promises it will ever +). Superior surfaces have faint traces of semi-Prooflike mirrors yet are satiny smooth. Even if you use a strong glass and look and look you will not find ANY marks or problems. The surfaces are also intensely lustrous . The centers are creamy white and there is some light russet toning on the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! PCGS 7, NGC 4, CAC 3. This is the most recent one to sell in auction realizing $21,150 in our December 2019 Regency Auction and prior to that it sold for $22,800 in the 2018 ANA auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $27,500. Only four coins are graded higher, making this PQ GEM a great type or date coin for a SUPERB set. Bidding will be as intense as the luster!
